David Barratt-Due

David Barratt-Due is a Seconded National Expert from Norway in the Clean Energy Transitions Unit in DG RTD. He is currently on leave from the Department for Climate, Industry and Technology in the Norwegian Ministry of Energy, where he has worked as Adviser on national RD&D-policies. David has also previously worked as a National Expert in Professional Training (NEPT) for the Principal Adviser on Industrial Decarbonisation in DG CLIMA. David holds a Double MSc in Public Administration and Government from LSE and Peking University (2017-2019), and a Joint Honors Bachelor with a year abroad in Economics and Politics from Durham University (2012-2016).
